How To Calculate Your Area = If you want to build having length of 20 Feet and 10 feet Wide

Area = 20'x10' = 200sqFt

Cost = 2999 x 200 = Nrs 5,99,800

Houses on Iron structure price is just an expression by which people try to simplify their searches. This does not mean that they will get the best prices, or that you will always find the right information in that search, because:

1. Prices for standard houses. It refers to a house that has been built or estimated by technical means of calculation. The price is only informative and insufficient because:

• certain changes you may ask for yourself and this changes the price;
• prices of materials and labor at the time of construction can be very different;
• a different negotiation may occur between the same builder and you;
• Factors such as inflation, season, location, political-economic fluctuations, etc. can change the price at the time you build.

2. Price per square feet . Such price is calculated based on previous experiences and indexed with a safety coefficient in order to be able to take over all fluctuations explained above.
