Acoustic resistance in walls can be improved in several ways:

1. Prefab soundproofing in the wall and plasterboard cladding
2. Cork cladding on interior walls
3. Two parallel walls that do not touch and do not transmit their vibration. Recommended only between the master bedroom and children’s room, for duplex houses or hotel rooms.

The acoustic resistance of the floor can be improved by using soundproofing boards instead of extruded polystyrene between the screed and OSB.

• Seismic resistance

Seismic resistance is easy to solve due to the low weight of steel constructions compared to classical buildings.

Earthquake is an acceleration of the Earth’s crust horizontally, which is multiplied by the much smaller mass of our buildings, meaning that they successfully resist large and very large earthquakes.

• Wind resistance

The wind resistance of Prefabricated constructions of up to 150 kilometers per hour is achieved under standard price conditions.

We use galvanized steel, with zinc levels between 150-275 grams per square meter, depending on the location of the construction and the construction conditions.

It is important, between delivery and assembling, to store the steel structure according to our instructions. However, if you notice spots of this kind (white rust), there is still no need to get impatient, as galvanizing has the great property of self-cleaning.
