Payment Terms:

The Total Project Cost Will Be Finalized at the time of signing agreement.

The payment you done while purchasing this service will be added to your First Installment.

First Installment 25%

• The Total Amount Paid While Purchase Will be taken As Signing Amount and Remaining Percentage Should be Paid at time of Agreements.
• Within 72 hours of you purchased our service our team will contact you, Visit Site and Sign Agreement with Mutual terms.

Second Installment 40%

• After Completing of 40% of total Works

Third Installment 25%

• When Building is Completed and Ready for Finishing works (Interiors, Painting, Bathroom Fetting etc.)

Final Installment 10%

• Withing 15 Days of Hanover Buildings to You

The cost may vary depending on the location.

Delivery Time: Will Fix While Signing the Agreement

Delivery terms:

• If Project is Not Completed as Per Agreements Terms, we will Pay 0.5 % of Total Project Cost Each Week to the owner As Dealy Fine.
